Home made seasoning cube
MAKE YOUR OWN SEASONING CUBE AT HOME
Home made stock cubes.
This replaces the normal conventional cubes we use in cooking and should be adopted by those warned medically to stop them or those that wants to improve their overall health
Ingredients
3 titus fish head
1 carrot peeled
1 white onions
3 stalk spring onions
1/2 Tsp fennel
1 dried bay leaf
3 fresh parsley stalks
Preparation
The directions described here is for making fish flavoured stock cubes in your home but the same procedure applies to beef flavoured, chicken flavoured and vegetable homemade stock cubes.
-Cut up the fish head and vegetables into small pieces.
-Put everything in a pot, add water to half the level of the contents of the pot and cook on low to medium heat for 2-6hrs or till everything is soft and tender.
Add water occasionally
-Set aside to cool down completely.
-Remove the bones from the fish
-Blend the fish and vegetables.
-Pour into ice cube trays and place in the freezer overnight.
-Once frozen, bring out from the ice cube trays and put in a container with a cap.
-Cover and put back in the freezer and add to your cooking as you would use store-bought stock cubes.
Your stock cubes is ready.
